Amazing modernist Lanvin layered necklace with cream plastic elements on goldtone snake chain. Marked LANVIN PARIS on an attached hang tag. Circa 1965. With the recent resurgence of the house of Lanvin, vintage 1960s and 1970s Lanvin jewelry is hotter than ever. The large center pendant is backed in goldtone metal and slides on the chain. Fabulous and super wearable for day or night.

Wearable length is 21 inches. The center drop falls an additional 6 1/4 inches. Excellent condition. There are very slight shadows on the small plastic elements where the chain may have discolored; these are not noticeable at a short distance. Photos enlarged to show detail.
