Handmade vintage pendant necklace in sterling with a very large smoky cabochon stone. The stone is possibly a smoky quartz; I have not had it checked by a gemologist. Circa 1960. Not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. This piece has a great brutalist look, with oblong links, each with a turned up tip, and cut and soldered elements in the center pendant. With a hook clasp. From a Baltimore estate. 18 inches wearable length and the pendant is 2 1/2 inches long. Excellent condition. Photos enlarged to show detail.
