The metal backs of the green stones are marked STERLING. With a spring ring clasp. Possibly French or German.

A classic collectible Art Deco piece, and currently perfectly of the moment as well. The fashion world is in the midst of a major Art Deco revival, with top houses such as Marc Jacobs, Lanvin, and Gucci showing jewelry and accessories with a glamorous graphic moderne edge.
7 inches long, 3/4 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Overall excellent condition. The tops of two of the green stones have slight dark lines, probably from wear. This is not noticeable in person. Photos enlarged to show detail.
