Stunning unusual vintage probably 1970s modernist Machine Age style French or possibly German very big wired necklace with carved washed resin beads in
black or very dark blue with a cream or beige underlay, with silvertone metal end caps and findings and large spring ring clasp. It is made like an older Art Deco
necklace of the 1930s, and the clasp is an old fashioned thumb collar clasp but this piece is most likely 1970s Art Deco Machine Age revival, possibly made
with earlier findings. 36 inches wearable length and the beads are 7/8 inch in diameter. Excellent condition with some very very slight surface lines in some of
the beads, not noticeable at a short distance. Display form is life size. Photos enlarged to show detail.
