Fabulous early signed Monies shoulder sweeping modernist clip earrings in medium to dark brown horn, 1980s. Marked MONIES. The beads are hand knotted with matching thread. Great size -- 6.5 inches long. Excellent condition with some scratches on a few of the beads, which can be worn at the back, and is not noticeable at a short distance. The drops are by the French glass maker Gripoix. Marked DEANNA HAMRO. Deanna Hamro is an American designer who made costume jewelry in the 1980s and early 1990s using French couture style and materials.
