Fabulous very big vintage 1960s or 1970s signed Vendome Chinoiserie style necklace with a pendant in the form of a fish with a Lucite piece simulating carved jade, mounted on a goldtone backing, on a heavy long matching goldtone chain. Marked VENDOME. The cutouts on the back of the pendant conform to the Lucite piece. Hook clasp. Great size -- wearable length is 38 inches and the pendant is 4 3/4 inches. Excellent condition. Fabulous statement making vintage 1970s necklace with a heavy wide openwork snake chain, a huge Bakelite pendant simulating jade with an engraved goldtone coiled element, and glass faux coral and turquoise cabochon stones.
